Brake World: Complete Auto Care

I had a really great experience with this shop. I normally do my own brake work, but I ran into a problem and ended up with a leaking rear brake caliper on my 2019 Honda Civic. I brought my car to them, and they replaced the caliper and completed the brake job without any issues. Their pricing was very reasonable, and what I appreciated most was that they didn't criticize me or lecture me for doing my own repairs—something I've experienced at other shops. Robert, the service manager, was professional, courteous, and upfront. He gave me a fair price before any work was done, and there were no surprises. I've been to a lot of auto repair shops over the years and have dealt with plenty of unnecessary sales pitches and excuses. That wasn't the case here. They were honest, straightforward, and focused on getting the job done right. I don't write many reviews unless a business truly impresses me, and this shop definitely did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and I'll gladly return if I run into a repair that's beyond what I can handle myself.

The owner and his staffs are very kind, honest, skillful and helpful. I had to leave my car there for few hours to replace the tires and have a few other things fixed , they gave me a courtesy ride. They have very thorough inspection report, very reasonable prices, and amazing customer service! Wish them a lot of success! Thank you for keeping my car running smoothly and safely 🙏

I moved here 6 yrs. Ago snd had a very trusted mechanic. It's so hard to find a new business youncan rely on smd trust in a new area. I had many things needing attention and had been ill-advised about some of them elsewhere. Brake World took their time to save my alternator, saving me the expense of a new one, and after fixing the main issues they have my car up and running.smooth. I will never go anywhere else again and have found my new trusted auto mechanic biz. I appreciate the attention and empathy. Thank you. I appreciate you VERY MUCH

Very attentive, prompt and professional shop. I brought my vehicle in for a repair covered under an extended warranty, and this shop exceeded every expectation. When complications arose with the warranty company, they didn’t leave me to deal with it. They took charge, communicated directly with the provider, and resolved the issues efficiently. Their professionalism, transparency, and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. The repair was completed correctly and on time, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend them to anyone who values honest, attentive, and high‑quality automotive care.

I’m incredibly particular about who works on my vehicles, and the team at Brake World completely knocked it out of the park. They don't just throw parts at a problem; they actually take the time to diagnose the root cause accurately. The communication was transparent from start to finish, the pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was fast. It’s rare to find an auto care shop with this level of technical competence and execution. Highly recommend them for anything from routine maintenance to complex repairs.
